Seeing if anybody has good details about RXOM position. I’ve been with Walgreens almost 10 years now and basically worked everywhere including pharmacy. I was coded as a tech at one point for about 4 or 5 months then had to drop back down to CSA due to budget cuts. I’m currently an ASM and am state and nationally certified.

It really depends. If you're in school, then no. RXOM is designed to give technicians hope in having a long and lasting career at Walgreens. I honestly think RXOM is a good idea that Walgreens managed to puke up. I'd say the positives of the position out weight the negatives. Former RXOM speaking.
